Just wanted to update and let all collectors know that I'm still working away behind the scenes on a lot of things. I will have hopefully resolved my living situation within the next few months and then I will look to dedicate the next two years and provide regular updates once I'm under a stable roof. I have been privately compiling a complete master model spreadsheet by working with collectors who I've met throughout the years and I thought now would be a good time to open this up to the wider collector audience. I aim to make this spreadsheet available for everyone to download (this will not contain any personal information - it will just contain details of each model/produced quantities as I look to verify that each master that has survived over time). I will leave this message displayed on the home page in the hopes that you are a fellow collector who owns these models in some form and can help prove that they are still in one piece and either proudly displayed or in safe keeping. Once I've been provided proof then I will strike through these names (be aware that there can be a second or third figure, so if you have a model below that has a strike-through then please still email me regardless), I'll leave this up until three months have passed before removing the strike-through names and inserting new models that I am having trouble verifying. Please email me through the contact tab or directly at bigheadhax@yahoo.com. I do get a lot of spam so please use Corinthian related subject in your titles if you can. As always, thank you for all your input and continued support, I'm amazed this site is seeing as much traffic as it is considering the lack of activity.

Latest Update: 23rd September 22
Italy 98 now added to the national squad page. As a result of completing this squad there are now 8 new players all adding to the Serie A league Squads. Gianluca Pessotto and Mark Luliano have now been added to Juventus 95-97, Luigi Di Biagio and Francesco Moriero have now been added to A.S. Roma 95-96, Sandro Cois and Michele Serena have now been added to A.C. Fiorentina 95-97/97-98, Luigi Sartor has been added to Vicenza Calcio 94-96 and finally, Gianluigi Buffon has been added to A.C. Parma 95-97.
EDIT: Upon linking "also view" in the player profiles I have discovered a further 5 players worthy of making which have been added to Italy 96-98 as well as their respective clubs. Those are Gianluigi Lentini of A.C. Milan 94-96 and Atalanta 95-97, Marco Simone also of A.C. Milan, Pasquale Padalino and Daniele Carnasciali of A.C. Fiorentina 95-97/97-98 (Carnasciali 95-97 only) and lastly, Stefano Torrisi of F.C. Bologna 95-97.
Latest Update: 20th September 22
France 98-99 now added to the national squad page. As a result of completing this squad (as well as the recent update to the Serie A teams), there are now a few new players. Pierre Laigle of Sampdoria 96-97 has now been added to France 96-97. Alain Boghossian now been added to Napoli 96-97 and France 96-97, Vincent Candela now added France 96-97 and Sylvain Wiltord now added to Rennes 96-97. I'll be spending the next week updating all the "Also View" squad links on the individual player profiles for both France 96-97 and 98-99 (and any club squads that they effect).
Welcome to BigHeadHax Corinthian Collection. This website is dedicated to the the 94-99 era of football figurines produced by Corinthian PLC (commonly known as as the "Headliners" range).
Here you will find an extensive list of all headliners produced as well as hard to find information and pictures of items such as Master Models, Tooling Masters, Unreleased Sculpts/Collector Cards, Promotion Items, Player Codes, Production Processes and much more.
Latest Update: 7th Feb 21
Won't be too much to report over the coming week(s). Used the last of my casting material on this Graeme Le Saux
figurine. The three part casting was successful although I will change a few things next time I attempt it to improve the
overall finish. As you can see the Le Saux figure is definitely good enough for a mock prototype. Hard to see from this
photo but the slight lean has been corrected so that he's now upright and re-centered. I am looking forward to some
down-time and painting this figure, the results posted once he's complete. Still correcting a few bases and not losing
focus on Phil Babb and Kevin Richardson to make sure I stay on course.
Latest Update: 2nd Feb 21
First stage of tooling complete on four figures as shown but still plenty to do. Some base repair
needed on Collymore and Richardson before amending the mold lines and re-priming for the
tooling cast. Although initially I thought these figures are of only use to me once altered, Le Saux
and Richardson would prove useful for future projects in the pose they are currently displayed in
So before they reach the point of no return I do currently have just enough material to attempt a
3-part molding cast which is an idea I've been toying over the last few weeks. Not really exciting in
terms of being able to display anything but is does give me the potential to only tool head and body
whilst leaving bases inter-changeable. It would require precision measurements and equipment
so although it might be a stretch to produce at this stage, this whole project has been a learning
process and at the worst it can do is lead to a slightly improve base cast - so worth a shot!
Latest Update: 28th Jan 21
Adhesion testing results will hopefully be in shortly, meanwhile (since obtaining materials is
proving problematic at the moment) I am going to be prepping Phil Babb and Kevin Richardson
for their new alt poses by using these scrap figures I had available from childhood. Collymore and
Le Saux will be sacrificing their bodies but they themselves are scheduled some alt poses too so
their heads and bases will be spared until I reach that time (so nothing wasted). I have a few
other things I need to prep for other people so that has to take priority but I'm hoping I can begin
paint stripping and remolding these to get them to tool level standard over the next coming week.
See > League Squads > Coventry City 94-96 for complete squad details.
As always please contact me if you have any master model information - especially if you are
fortunate enough to have some early unreleased Coventry figures! It's always reassuring to know
that they have still survived over the years - even if you have broken models please do
not throw them out as I can repair 99% which comes my way.
Latest Update: 11th Jan 21
COVID disruption brought this project to a (temporary) stand still from March onwards and unfortunately I needed to
commit my time elsewhere. I'm slowly regaining my spare time back so I'll look to push on where I can. A more detailed
write-up on Arsenal 94-96 and Coventry 94-96 & 96-97 has been made. There will be special hidden items and
unlock-able features on this site so keep an eye open for those. The Man Utd paint test was not successful and failed on
adhesion. The Coventry 94-96 Sky Blue paint is currently being tested with different painting manufacturer (which I sent
off in December) to see if they could create an exact match (if it can pass adhesion testing stages). If denied it's back to
the drawing board but if it's successful I will opt to have more colours made and Tampo prints will sent off for etching.
There's no favouritism - squads are purely being selected on single colours for kit and tampo prints so Coventry 94-96,
Everton 95-97, Leeds 95-96, Nottingham Forest 94-96 and Tottenham 95-97 have been selected with the 6th colour
dedicated to the green base, so these teams will constitute my first batches before moving onto other teams containing
multiple colours. With so many teams available I will need a bigger storage area to house the paint and machinery so
I'm also now searching for a new home that can facilitate my needs - it's set to be a very busy 2021.
Thanks for stopping by.

Latest Update: 19th September 22
South Africa have now been added to the National Squads page. There will be significantly less figures
made compared to the other national squads (for reasons explained on the page) but they will be
striking none-the-less. I am going to create these with penny base styles as previously mentioned
and even though the national squads don't quite do it for me like the club teams, I am particularly
looking forward to these when the time comes. I do prefer the penny bases to the oval style and after
a quick mock-up I am sold that converting the Danish and Japanese squads from the oval style to the
penny base style would be worth the hassle. During the transfer both Laudrups' will get their balls back.

Latest Update: 16th September 22
Lots of new planned player sculpts added to all teams from the English Premier League, Scottish Premier League and Serie A. There is now one secret team available to view somewhere on this site, which contains a full list of planned releases but can you find it? The last time I updated this site I had a planned house move in September 21, this actually didn't occur until April 22 and now with further rising costs and career/personal circumstances changing, it means I am now having to move again before the end of the new year. If all goes to plan though then as of January 23 I will be focusing most of my evenings and weekends on this project. It's not all been as bleak as this website has appeared though. I have managed to custom sculpt a handful of players and I will begin working on full completion in January with regular weekly posts. There has still been an abundance of commissioned requests but I'm still working through some from 2018.....I had to double take when I saw the year of some of the messages - can't believe it's been that long, crazy! I'll start posting some of those projects here on a new page tab called "Commissioned Builds". From here until the new year I'll just be updating all the teams and finishing the planned national squads. I have thought about converting the Danish, Japanese and South African national squads from oval bases to the circular penny style bases to fit the style of the classic headliners. This will involve a learning curve as I'm looking to 3D print all my bases. I love sculpting the heads in clay (as per the original methods), but I cannot realistically sculpt bases with precision in this way.
Latest Update: 27th June 21
Colour matching continues (and will for some time) as there are nearly 80 colours I will need to order. I will be
prepping squad players of Man Utd and Arsenal in the meantime and altering poses where necessary. I will be
moving location around September so I'm trying to get done what I can now as there will be a period from Sept-
Dec in which any development will have to take a back seat although I may use this time to work on a custom
sculpt so that some releases are ready for January (if not sooner). Still on the lookout for a few masters, so
please drop me an email if you're looking to trade masters or need any repairs. I will keep posts to every Sunday
from now on and will try to include visuals on any progression. COVID is still disrupting orders and obtaining some
materials is still proving difficult so updates may have to be every fortnight until suppliers are back to normal.
Thanks for stopping by

Latest Update: 18th June 21
Paint colours arrived first thing this morning and I've already began testing with brushed and sprayed applications.Successful passes on all adhesion (never thought I'd hear myself say that) and mixed results with colour matching(colour matching exact on orders but I need to tweak the method of matching). In the end I ordered a few colours totake advantage of the shipping costs. Result were: Arsenal 95 Red = Match. Man Utd 95 Red = Fail.Blackburn 95 Blue = Fail. Chelsea 95 Blue = Fail. Everton 95 Blue = Match. France 96 Blue = Match. Base 95 Green = Fail.Aside from the base green, colours that failed are of still some use as I don't believe I can get any closer withoutaltering with other colours. I'm now testing ink adhesion (for tampo prints) and final sealants to offer protection. Graeme Le Saux Prototype now finished (pictured). He is based on the Headliners version of Chelsea's 97-99 kit. There will be quite a few figures of this Chelsea team to offer as many players can just be repainted. Colour matchingthis kit will prove be difficult but once I have the closest match I can begin altering the formula. Tampo plates will alsoneed to be made for the shirt names and numbers, so still a little way off from any releases but these prototypes really help me so that I know what I need to adjust for the final versions.
Latest Update: 14th June 2
Next week I should have my first sample of paint(s). There still could be potential issues with adhesion, colour matching and air-brushing capabilities but it's going to be exciting to finally put something to the test. Seems like it has all come full circle as Arsenal and Manchester United were the first test figures I sent off (and continued to send off) to fair few companies and so the paints I've ordered will be for those two teams and I will see about trying to obtain some figures from those two squads to showcase prototypes. The England 95 Away Kit is still on the agenda to be the first release but I need to make sure that Colours match and test will before progressing to shades. I'm sorry there has been no other updates on this site. Once the house move is out the way then I'll look to return to regular weekly updates. Graeme Le Saux Prototype will be finished this weekend.

Latest Update: 26th May 21
Latest paint testing has now ceased as this current paint manufacturer could not find progression past the adhesion stages and that's 4/4 of the big UK paint manufacturers now that could not move past this stage. It's been a very frustrating few years trying to have colours recreated but trying to make a two-part coating into a 1 all round "out of the tin" paint with exact colour matching and correct adhesion properties to bind to the plastic, all the while being able to accept tampo print inking just isn't possible. Plan B is now to go with a two-part system with colours chosen that come as close as possible but they will not be exact. The truth is, all releases will be upgraded over time anyway as I find better ways to create these players, so it's really time to accept the limitations I currently have and to start the journey regardless. With the Euro's approaching it makes sense to me that the England Euro 96 Away Grey Kit should prove popular given I've had plenty of requests and the fact that it only requires one tampo print colour. I am not able to create the colours exactly but I'm sure I can come close enough. The official Corinthian releases in this kit comprised of Alan Shearer and David Seaman but when compared to test figure samples of this same kit (Jamie Redknapp and Tony Adams) I found that the grey's of the test figures did not match and were different to the Grey(s) used for Alan Shearer. You'd also find that none of these test samples contained their names above the shirt number either. Given the home version of this kit also did not contain the names above the shirt and the limitations I have financially, my re-paints will not contain their names either. I will not being looking to release any of the goalkeepers to go alongside David Seaman at this time but I will make sure that I do return so we can all have a complete away counterparts of those figures released in the home kit. I will also look to repaint Alan Shearer so that you can have a complete squad that is uniform colour accurate. My house is now sold and I am looking for a new property to start building a little warehouse area in which I can paint and make these at my leisure. If collectors are keen on the Away England repaints then I will move onto figures heavily produced that are easy for me to pick up and repaint in away versions whilst also working on new sculpts to offer in the home kits. I've seen a lot of good repaints on eBay and other social media sites by some very talented people and it looks like there's a lot of collectors still trying to find ways to add to their collections, so I'm keen to offer my take on these and welcome any constructive feedback you have. Thanks for coming back to this site and sticking with me throughout this time.P.S. I will be posting the finished Le Saux Prototype Pics in a week or two.

Le Saux to be used in the first attempt at a different casting technique
before being altered into a new pose. Richardson will follow if testing proves successful

Planned body transfers to offer another take on the same player. This ensures no squad players clash poses in this current team or any other team they transferred to at a later date.
